LotReady is a self-serve car photo editor for dealerships and sellers. Upload existing photos, choose a scene, and download finished listing images.

What the product does
LotReady replaces the setting around the photographed car with a selected scene, including its floor and a contact shadow. It returns a complete image, rather than a transparent vehicle cutout.
The app uses the vehicle in the uploaded photo. It does not deliberately repair the body, replace the car with a 3D model, or relight the vehicle body.
What to check before publishing
Base output can change fine detail as the vehicle is resized into the scene and a new image is exported. Optional AI Enhance at 2K and 4K tries to bring back fine detail and can rebuild it.
Review plates, badges, scratches, reflections, glass, wheels, and cutout edges in every result. Severe blur, missing bodywork, and extreme low light can call for a reshoot.
Uploads and exports
- Up to 10 photos per batch, with a maximum of 10 MB per photo.
- JPEG, PNG, WebP, and HEIC uploads.
- A choice of listing aspect ratios and 1K, 2K, or 4K output.
- Download individual finished images or a completed set from Gallery.
Credits and plans
New accounts receive 10 free credits. Sign-up is self-serve and does not require a card.

Base output costs 2 credits at 1K, 3 at 2K, and 4 at 4K. AI Enhance adds 2 credits at 2K or 4K. Monthly plan credits reset each cycle; separately purchased credit packs do not expire.
A photo that fails gives its reserved credits back automatically. A completed result can be reported from Gallery for review; eligible credits are returned after review.
