Terms of service.

Accepting these terms

By creating a LotReady account or using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and any dealership you represent. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service. Where a separate written agreement exists between your organization and LotReady, that agreement controls where it conflicts with this page.

Your account

You’re responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. Accounts are for the dealership or individual that registered them; don’t share credentials outside your organization.

• Provide accurate billing and contact information and keep it current.
• Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
• You must be authorized to act for the dealership you register on behalf of.

Acceptable use

LotReady is for preparing photographs of vehicles you are authorized to market. You agree not to:

• Upload images you don’t have the rights to use.
• Use the service to misrepresent a vehicle’s actual condition or features.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or resell access to the service.
• Upload unlawful content or content depicting anyone without consent.

Your photos & output

You keep ownership of the photos you upload and the images LotReady generates from them. You grant us a limited license to process your uploads to provide, secure, and support the service. We don’t sell your photos.

LotReady changes the setting around a vehicle without intentionally repairing the body or substituting a 3D vehicle. Base processing and optional AI Enhance can alter fine details. You are responsible for reviewing every result and ensuring any image you publish accurately represents the vehicle for sale.

Ordinary source-upload objects are scheduled to expire after 30 days. Generated photo artifacts are generally scheduled for deletion 100 days after a photo finishes. Artifacts tied to a credit review are kept until 180 days after that review is settled; material tied to a support, security, or legal record may be kept longer. Saved custom scenes remain available until they are deleted or replaced, with retired revisions retained temporarily for photos already rendering. Download anything you need to keep.

Credits & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly and include a credit allowance for that billing cycle. Generating an image spends credits based on resolution and whether AI Enhance is selected.

• Subscription credits refresh each billing cycle; unused plan credits are replaced by the next cycle’s allowance.
• Purchased credit packs stay separate from plan changes and remain available until spent, refunded, or the account is closed.
• Plans are month-to-month and can be cancelled anytime; access continues through the paid period.

Credits for unusable renders

Failed photos return their reserved credits automatically. If a completed render is unusable, report it from Gallery. We review the result and return eligible credits to the original balance bucket. Monetary refunds of subscription fees are handled case by case, so reach out and we’ll be reasonable.

Availability

We work to keep LotReady available and fast, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, update features, or adjust the scene library over time. Processing times are estimates, not commitments.

Liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, LotReady is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Changes & contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app or by email, and the “last updated” date above will change. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept it. Questions? Email support@lotready.app.
