What we collect, why, and the control you have over it. Short version: we use your data to run the service, and we don’t sell your photos.
What we collect
We collect the information needed to run LotReady and nothing we don’t have a use for.
- Account details: your name, work email, dealership, and login credentials.
- Photos you upload and the images we generate from them.
- Billing data: your plan, credit usage, and payment records. Card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored by us.
- Usage data: basic logs and device information that keep the service secure and working.
How we use your photos
Photos you upload are processed by LotReady and the service providers needed to produce, moderate, store, and deliver your renders. We may also inspect them to investigate an issue you report or protect the service. We do not sell your photos or use them for unrelated advertising.
How we use information
- To run the service: process renders, manage credits, and deliver downloads.
- To support you: answer messages and investigate issues you report.
- To keep things safe: detect abuse, fraud, and security problems.
- To improve: understand which features help and where the product falls short.
Retention
We keep your account details while your account is active. Ordinary source-upload objects are scheduled to expire after 30 days. Generated photo artifacts are generally scheduled for deletion 100 days after a photo finishes. Artifacts tied to a credit review are kept until 180 days after that review is settled, so the decision can still be defended against a payment dispute; material tied to a support, security, or legal record may be kept longer. Saved custom scenes remain available until you delete or replace them; retired revisions may be retained temporarily for existing photos. You can delete eligible photos sooner from Gallery. When you close your account, we delete or de-identify your data within a reasonable period, except where we’re required to keep records such as billing history.
Your rights
Depending on where you operate, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. Email us to exercise those rights. In the app, you can download generated images, delete eligible photos from Gallery, or delete your account from account settings.

Security
We protect data in transit and at rest, restrict internal access to what’s necessary, and review our practices regularly. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your inventory photos and account data as something to guard, not mine.
