What we collect, why, and the control you have over it. Short version: we use your data to run the service, and we don’t sell your photos.
What we collect
We collect the information needed to run LotReady and nothing we don’t have a use for.
- Account details: your name, work email, dealership, and login credentials.
- Photos you upload and the images we generate from them.
- Billing data: your plan, credit usage, and payment records. Card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored by us.
- Usage data: basic logs and device information that keep the service secure and working.
How we use your photos
Photos you upload are processed to generate your renders. We use them to provide the service to you, and only in de-identified, aggregated form to improve the quality of our models. We do not sell your photos or share identifiable images with third parties for their own use.
How we use information
- To run the service: process renders, manage credits, and deliver downloads.
- To support you: answer messages and investigate issues you report.
- To keep things safe: detect abuse, fraud, and security problems.
- To improve: understand which features help and where the product falls short.
Retention
We keep your account and render history while your account is active so you can re-download past work. You can delete individual jobs at any time. When you close your account, we delete or de-identify your data within a reasonable period, except where we’re required to keep records (for example, billing history).
Your rights
Depending on where you operate, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. You can do most of this from your account settings, or email us and we’ll help.
- Access and download the data associated with your account.
- Correct inaccurate account information.
- Delete jobs, or request deletion of your account.
Security
We protect data in transit and at rest, restrict internal access to what’s necessary, and review our practices regularly. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your inventory photos and account data as something to guard, not mine.
